A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Does GoPlayer include channels or movies?
No. GoPlayer is a media player and utility app. It does not supply channels, movies or subscriptions to content services. Open your own files or streams passed by a compatible app, with permission to access the content.
What happens when my free preview ends?
An active Premium subscription is required to continue playback. Preview use is saved across playback sessions; closing the app or opening another stream does not start a new preview. The six utility tools remain available without Premium.
How do I manage or restore my subscription?
Subscriptions are purchased through Amazon. Manage renewal or cancellation in your Amazon subscription settings. Use Restore purchases in GoPlayer’s Premium screen to check an existing subscription on your Amazon account.
Can I send files from my phone?
Yes. Open Wi-Fi file transfer in GoPlayer and start sharing. Connect your phone or computer to the same local network, then use the QR code or browser address shown on your TV. Keep the transfer screen open while sending.
Will every video or stream play?
Playback depends on the media format, your device’s codecs, the stream provider and your connection. GoPlayer supports common streaming formats and local media, but cannot make an unavailable or unsupported source playable.
